By registering for Elite Retreat by Elite Agent, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022, the requirement to check-in and to be fully vaccinated in a range of venues and events in Queensland will end. The Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove and the Elite Retreat event are included in these eased restriction settings. COVID safety policies may be reintroduced with any amended venue and government guidelines.
In the event the COVID-19 Local and/or Federal Government Regulations, Advisory or Restrictions change in a way that prohibits the ability for the event to be held or your inability to attend due to enforced restrictions specific to your own personal circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of your monies paid to Elite Agent or these can be held for when the event is rescheduled.
If you cancel your ticket:
(a) 6 weeks prior to the event, you will be entitled to a full refund;
(b) less than 6 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to the event, you will incur a $600 cancellation fee and the balance of the ticket price will be refunded to you;
(c) within 2 weeks of the event, you will not be entitled to a refund, however, you may novate your ticket to another person (see Transfer Policy below).
You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for, by notifying us in writing at events@eliteagent.com. All substitution requests will be processed within two business days. Attendee substitutions on or after the start of the event will require a $150 fee.
If an event beyond Elite Agent’s reasonable control occurs that in Elite Agent’s sole discretion would make conducting the Elite Retreat conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labour disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), Elite Agent may cancel the event. Due to any such cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund of your monies paid to Elite Agent or these can be held for when the event is rescheduled.
By registering for Elite Retreat, you agree that your personal data will, subject to Elite Agent’s privacy policy, be captured within our secure online database. Event sponsors that you engage either directly or through the Elite Agent app, will enable them to capture your contact details with your implied relevant consent. By providing your details to event sponsors, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with that event sponsor’s relevant terms, conditions and privacy policies. Elite Agent is not liable for the use or disclosure of any data as a result of you allowing an event sponsor to capture your details and personal information.
Elite Agent collects and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, so that we can provide our products and services relating to Elite Agent and Elite Retreat. To do so, we may disclose your personal information to event sponsors and third party service providers who may have servers located overseas such as in USA, Europe, Japan and Philippines and you consent to these disclosures. You have a right to access your personal information that we hold and may ask us to correct this. Our Privacy Policy contains more detail on your rights and contact details for questions or complaints at eliteagent.com/privacy.
Elite Agent is committed to creating a safe and inclusive experience for our readers, customers and attendees, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. All communication -- including at the event and various associated venues, as well as online -- should be appropriate for a professional audience, including people of many different backgrounds and experiences. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Act professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate at any time at any Elite Agent event or online setting. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference or online forum without a refund at the sole discretion of the Elite Agent staff. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is or have any concerns, please contact an Elite Agent staff team member immediately. Conference fees and associated travel costs are normally tax-deductible. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor.
As Elite Agent is an approved CPD provider for NSW for 2022 we are able to certify three hours of leadership content for Class 1 license holders and/or three hours of Elective Study for Class 1 and Class 2 Agents.

You may be photographed or filmed whilst attending Elite Retreat, and the purchase of your ticket implies your consent for us to do so. This means you may appear on our social pages, in our magazine and on our website and in future promotions of Elite Retreat.
